What did you say? What are you blabbering about? Why did you just chirp at me?

Tone; when confronting someone a simple change in tone can depict the entire conversation. Perspective from both parties could fall either way. Often it will be the slightest difference changing the hue from constructive to just plain old criticisms....

Working; currently on my lunch. I have been dealing with the young bucks chirping frustrations, by chirping I mean raising the tone of their voice to emphasize displeasure 🤦‍♂️ I get the sense they are trying to be constructive by their words but the tone leaves me thinking “Fuck You”.

Part of it is an obvious play to distract me from working, can’t make them look bad. The other is because they think I’m leaving work behind when I haven’t yet been approved to do the job needed and no one is around, I simply put the order on the table till someone notices it. Every second I have to chase those boys down is a second too much, they should have trained me to use a forklift by now!

Last week I stirred the pot, for everyone in shit for doing nothing all night long. I was trying to ask what I should do when work runs out and everyone is just standing around talking... whoops they aren’t supposed to be standing around talking PERIOD Now I get the backlash of chirping little birds whom best just take off as chirping at me get you no where!

Had a funny situation... my team left and I was working in the other department helping finish when the morning guys asked why I didn’t get anything done... I looked at them and then pointed down to my area and stated “I don’t see anything left of MY work!” then they asked where everyone is and I stated “I’m on OT I could leave if you want!” LOL their jaws hit the floor so I finished what I was working on and went home 😅 not allowing myself to get caught in the middle of the BS no matter if I am actually getting caught in the middle of the games

There ya go man. Leave em Dookafied and surprised haha. Always that work drama. I gave an apology and got a thanks back, with this 1 lady i was beefin with. Thats the tough part is trying not to get caught in the middle.
