There are several reasons why I write this. Cucumbers have low calories and high nutrients like solube fiber and antioxidants.

Let's talk about the nutrition in cucumbers

  • Cucumbers have a lot of fiber. Fiber is very important for the digestive system. You'd better eat unpeeled cucumbers to gain maximum fiber. In 300 gram unpeeled cucumber, there is about 2 gram fiber.
  • Cucumber has low calories. It is good for you who have diet program of weight loss. You can intake many cucumbers when you want to eat. The low calories will make your weight loss program succesful.
  • Cucumbers are source of antioxidants like tanins and flavonoids.
  • Cucumbers contains 96 % water so they will promote hydration.
  • Study in animal cucumbers can reduce the blood sugar level.
  • Fiber in cucumbers will make your digestive system work well. Soluble fiber in cucumbers is good intake for your diet.

HOW TO EAT CUCUMBERS?

You can consumes cucumbers in some ways. You can eat raw , or make some juice. I prefer make cucumber juice with pineapple. You can also make infus fruit using cucumbers. I like to use cut pineaple and cucumbers.
Infus fruit This is infus fruit cucumbers and pineaple. It is easy to make it. You just need to cut cucumbers and pineapple into small pieces and put in a glass. Add some water and a little sugar. Put the infus fruit in a referigerator 1 to eight hours. Then enjoy your water with fresh fruits in it.
