You need a visa / master card if you do not have a bank
so you can exchange Steem / BCT and spend fiat money on the card

              Hi @fitinfun

              Several Steemians used the company before, but for a time they were without the opportunity to offer cards. Now they have come up with a new card solution which is visa. When you log in there you check over the countries that can get the card.
              Hope it is possible for you to get it
