In the village lifestyle easy found a snack in form of Boiled Banana. Simple and traditional foods, but still interesting, delicious and so healthy. An organic snack from rural production.

In this time I will share about making of boiled banana and the benefits.

How to make delicious boiled banana :

Necessary ingredients :

  • Some bananas
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough water
  • Add pandanus if you like to add aroma

How to make :

Actually what we need to do is to boil all the ingredients we provide together until the bananas are completely cooked. To get a banana that is evenly cooked, make sure that all parts of the banana are submerged in water when boiling. After the bananas are cooked, remove the bananas from the pan then drain. Boiled bananas can also be combined with grated cheese topping or powdered sugar to add flavor. Caramel or chocolate milk can also be added if you like it.
