I don't have a huge stake, but I still appreciate your concern. There is a balancing act of sorts that we all have to deal with (at some point in time).
I think your plan is solid. You may want to change it in the future, but that is your choice. Keep pressing forward and keep rewarding people. What a blessing!

There's definitely a balancing act with this system if one is to grow efficiently. The balancing act becomes even tougher with supporting a large number of Steemians.
Thank you for the supportive comment regarding my new strategy, I'm always changing things up and trying different systems. Even this new system has its undesirable points for me, but I just do my best to come up with a way to support many people with efficient methods. I'm sure some might think this is an awful idea, some might think it's a great one, can't please everyone, but I do try.
