This is my first post on #wednesdaywalk hosted by @tattoodjay
I am from India (currently inwestern part - Mumbai).
My kid (baby Girl) loves bananas.
The movement my husband comes from the office she ask for the banana. So my hasband decide to go tonmarket to buy some bananas. We decide to go by walk.
On the way to markey we seen that some kind of event was going. I ask my hasband to check it out.
It was a cultural event along with stalls of different products in a big ground.
People were celebrat ing the festival of Vasant Panchami (the fifth day of spring, and also known as Saraswati Puja and Saraswati Jayanti in so many parts of India).
I clciked some pictures also.
Picture shows the Goddess Saraswati sitting on a swan.
Hindu Goddess Saraswati is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and learning.
You can see the Veena (musical instrument) also in her hands.
There was one stall of local steet food so I was not able to stop my self. Here is the Shavpuri.
Dance performed by children.
Organic prooducts (from natural ingredients without use if chemicals).
We come across on stall with was selling daily home use products. We buy some of items like dish washer, hand senitiser, hand wash, mosquito repeller, floor cleaner etc.
All product are chemical free as per their claim.
Another stall for aloe vera gel, essential oil and soaps. We buy white aloe vera.
We spend almost a hour time their and we completely forget about bananas lol.
After that we went to banana shop and buy some for kid.
It was a lovely walk along with family.
