I'm still at Gadget Pro in Kuala Lumpur. My friend was getting some item to fix his cell phone and I thought I would take photos of more cell phone accoutrements. But no! I found very little about cell phones here.
The two on the left play music and walk. I'm not sure about X-Eye Man.
I kind of like my sign photo. At least I remembered to take it; even in odd light.
My post for this store visit last week was heavy on toys. And now you can see even more of them.
There are three ways to play this game. You reach your hand in the croc mouth and add or remove teeth.
Somehow you take something out, or put something in these toys for hours of playtime fun. It's either crazy or brings you luck.
The guy in the middle seems sinister. The shark is happy, and the dog on the right is demented.
These are "roll paper holders." You use them on the dining table, not in the bathroom. Really.
One day I will do a post about the interesting toilet paper usage situation in SE Asia. It is a never-ending surprise here for a Westerner.
I think these little fans go on your cell phone. So you can be cool while walking down the street staring at it. I enter a contest by @tggr each week that talks about people never looking up from their cells phones. I think he would roll his eyes at this gadget!
And I guess this stand will let you go hands free while you watch a movie on your phone. Many people in SE Asia skipped over computers altogether and their cell phone is how they take in all media.
How often do you buy keychains? I think never, but here are some choices if you need them. RM 5 is $1.25 USD.
Finally I get to a shelf that looks like what I think a "gadget store" shelf should look like.
I see a little turntable of screwdrivers. I want this for some reason. I feel it is a complete product we all should have. You could put it on one of your keychains or hook it on your belt.
Never would a screw go unturned or tightened. How satisfying!
My post today is for Market Friday by @dswigle. Show us any place you can shop for this interesting worldwide challenge.
Denise loves her flowers and so I get to post one each week. My flower for today is bougainvillea, which I think may not even technically be a flower. This shrub (tree?) is everywhere I wander in Kuala Lumpur. This is a wonderful city for urban nature as the jungle keeps creeping back to the city streets.
