PROCESS HOW TO MAKE BRICK

-Furthermore, if it has been obtained, clean the clay from the rest of the trash such as grass, small stones and so on
-Soak the clay into a hole that you have made for at least 15 hours or more depending on the clay where you came from
-Then defecate until dry, after that you have to smooth the clay, can use a hoe. why the hoe? because this time we discuss and do it using manual techniques not with machines, you can develop them later
-Destroy the soil by trampling the ground to mud. if the scale is quite a lot can use the help of animals such as buffalo. don't let it get too soft (like porridge) because it won't print
-Then put mud (clay) on the print table
-After it can be printed directly, don't forget to put a little ash in the mold so it won't stick
-If the clay is square shaped like a brick, you can do the drying
-The purpose of this stage is to make the bricks dry quickly, by stacking the earth-shaped bricks by tilting them
-Then if it is dry, the next step is to arrange bricks from the refinery to the kiln
-This stage of burning bricks is a determining step where you can be said to be successful or less successful because at this stage there will be a burning in the kitchen where you work and it usually takes a long time, depending on how many bricks you burn

-The next step after raw bricks that have been dried is arranged in a prepared kiln kitchen
-After that you also have to prepare the fuel such as wood or it can also be with the remaining processed Tangkos oil palm fruit, must be dried first in order to facilitate combustion
-Then you just have to do the combustion stage by inserting the wood into the hole under the arrangement of the bricks earlier
-Then we go to the stage of making a wall around the stone structure. The goal is to accelerate the temperature in the brick structure, quickly rising to the top, not forgetting to give the husk (peeled rice husk) to be obtained at the rice refinery. the fire should not die or dim, the more days it must be added to its bloom or increase its volume
-The closing phase of the fire pit is intended to prevent the fire from coming out and the sign of the end of the burning process. This can be done if the smoke at the top of the bricks is already clear or if we see only such burning air.
-Still not finished, there is still another finishing stage, namely the stage of watering the top of the bricks with chaff (the former remnants of rice husk).
-After that we continue with the wall opening stage that was installed earlier, this is done about 24 hours after step number 6. The length of the burning stage depends on how many bricks you burn (for example if 60,000 bricks, you need 6 days 6 nights nonstop)
-After being burned then cooled, then the bricks are ready
