I would build some communities and bring new-comers onto Steem.

Right now, 100,000 STEEM POWER is roughly a $2 upvote. Telling people that they can regular receive $2 in upvotes for participating in your community would be amazing and would definitely encourage people to try it out!
[ think of it this way, you can buy a Steem account through @steem.ninja for $2.50, so just 2 of my upvotes would automatically refund this upfront-cost & then some! I think you could easily convince new people to join! ]
