Should the freedom of speech/expression be curtailed or should it be remain as a basic human rights?

Freedom of speech/expression is the basic human rights. This is the rights which ought to be protected at all cost. However, some people abuse this right. They use it to spread hatred and false propaganda. Even, the antisocial elements and producer of obscenity use this right to malign the mentality of youngsters. In the era of informationwar, we are witnessing false news, dissemination of fake information and misinformation these days by newspapers, news channels and other media.
