@ph1102 Oh well, if you hear of this in the future, beware, it is usually someone attempting to throw water on your dreams. It is another form of discouragement that I consider passive-aggresive due to the fact that it backs you into a corner with very little wiggle room.

Best advice is to walk away. However, when your family members tell you this it is difficult to disown them. If it is a friend, co-worker and/or business associate it is easy to walk away from them.

Hopefully, your business associate was having a bad day. Or he/she could be of a judgmental character and it would be expected of them to rain on your parade.
