My new magic wand

Morning my fellow CTP Talkers and Steemians,

So much drama going on. So much drama. It is interesting times to be on Steem and to be alive. But I guarantee you this much, when your Grand-Daughter makes you a magic wand, you can do anything with it :)

What a short and to the point post. To tell the truth I do not know a lot about Justin Sun, and it could be said I do not know a lot about Steem. What do I know? And I could be totally out to lunch. It has been my experience in life that people do not buy into business just to take the business down (unless it is to get rid of competition) and I do not see Steem as competition to Tron. So I have to have faith the Mr. Sun has the best interests in his heart for the Steem community.

Would you not get extremely mad if what happened yesterday happened to you after buying into something you want to improve. He does not seem to show that in his post. I look forward to see what comes out of the meeting on 6 March.

Now with all this going on I have to touch on something that is really bothering me: COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak. I am not a person easy to panic, and I am not in a panic yet. Yes the flu is still taking out more people. But I have been following the stats everyday. What got me worried about it today (and my first mention of it on Steem) is it has now spread to 36 countries and territories. And when you get this type of quote from Prof. Paul Hunter the Professor of Health Protection from the University of East Anglia and 23 Feb 2020:

"The director general of the WHO has recently spoken of a narrowing of the window of opportunity to control the current epidemic. The tipping point - after which our ability to prevent a global pandemic ends - seems a lot closer after the past 24 hours"

So why am I talking about these two items this morning and how does it relate to my online blogging and CTP Talk.

I am thankful, very thankful for the people I have met here. I can come online do my blog post, promote myself and my Click Track Profit business without any worries. There is much support in this community and a great place to be right now with what is going on in the world. So I just wanted to say thanks this morning.

And you know with my new magic wand I can do anything I want :)

Nice wand Bradley, let's hope it helps in both cases, and yeah I have no idea how this drama on Steem will play out, but as I have said before, I go where CTPtalk goes, stay awesome.

I think the only thing you can really do with a big (small) scary virus is to make yourself as healthy as you can. Make sure you have plenty of remedies on hand so that you don't have to go anywhere if you catch it. And make sure you have enough food, etc, on hand in case you need to quarantine yourself for a couple of weeks (months) when it hits your neighborhood - especially important if you're in any way immunocompromised.

In any case, worrying about it will decrease your ability to resist it. They are expecting this thing to sweep the world, but then they said this about Swine Flu and Bird Flu... etc. Maybe it will, maybe it won't, but all we can do is prepare.

So THERE is my wand!! I was looking all over for that!! he he in all seriousness, great blog. Yes there is so much drama (a little too much for my taste lol), but we just have to all hang in tight & see what happens. What matters at the moment is for us all to keep on creating & inspiring. We have a great family in the #ctptalk tribe & that makes all the difference in the world to me :)

Well, Bradley, I have a sense that your new magic wand is going to give you many powers. I see working at home as a huge advantage of staying safe from catching any viruses. When my husband was still working full time he would come home sick several times because other people didn't want to use their Paid Time Off to stay home when they are sick. I was at the hospital early this morning to get some bloodwork taken care of and since hardly anyone else was there I was able to get in and out quickly. Now when I am in those places I hesitate to touch the magazines. Never worried about that before.
