Let things be Calm

Morning CTP Talkers and Steemians,

So much to write about, so much to share. So what is it going to be this morning?

Calmness.

As my regular readers know, I have been having hard nights with Cluster headaches. This morning besides a small one at 12:10 and falling back to sleep in my recliner for an hour, was the first time in 3 weeks that the alarm clock woke me up. It felt strange and really good. And it has just given me a sense of Calm this morning.

I had so many things I could be writing about, so many thoughts but my brain is just calm.

And you know what, I think this is a good thing for a change. Maybe this will give me a chance to push forward hard. The clusters, from past experience or not gone gone, but should be winding down. I will come out of it better, be able to blog better, be able to work my business better. All the while feeling calm :)

Lessons learned here, and I have said it before, if I can do a blog post everyday, especially with the state I have been in. Anyone can! That means YOU! :)

So let me have a quick look at CTP Token, Steem and Bitcoin this morning.

The spread between Buy & Sell has really closed and there is and has been some steady volume in trading. CTP Token is and will be coming into its own.

Steem: $0.167706 USD (4.65%) 0.00001865 BTC (0.49%)
Bitcoin: $8,993.97 USD (4.14%)

A shoot out to @whatsup and @ph1102 this morning. @ph1102 blogged about a #milkchallange that @whatsup has on the go. In my video blogs for the #2020vision I have been pushing people to give 4 thumbs up and make 4 comments daily. @whatsup got even a better idea on the go. So as @ph1102 said yesterday, either go to the profile on Steem or you can search twitter (that is what I did) for "Milk Challenge" and see what it is all about.

I got ideas and plans for my online future, and I hope to share them in the coming days, weeks. Stay tuned :)

Headaches and sleeplessness are not fun. I generally get the latter; but have learned it's no biggie; just get up and get something done! :)

It's great to hear that you are feeling better and that you had a decent sleep... finally...
It's not Monday, but it's still the beginning of the better week... I suppose! :)

It is amazing what a good sleep can do. I am glad to know your headaches are subsiding. Now you can just rest comfortably & live your life more peacefully. Awesome blog. Keep up the great work. 😊🤗

I am glad you are feeling better! I suffer from insomnia, I've always slept around 3-5 hours a night, never more. For my lifestyle it works great! More hours of productivity in my day. However, when that is paired with sickness, it is no fun. Keep up the great work, man, you are killing it here!
