I have decided to create and personally fund (With the purchase of delegations) this account, named @CommunityVoter.
I have wanted to give back to the community in a positive way since I joined (I am @LookPlz, by the way.) and I think this is a great way to do just that! I want this to be another form of a basic income for people.
Images used are under the "Reuse with modification" license.
The difference between this and SBI, is that you must enroll in SBI. There is no need for that here. Simply respond to the posts from this account with candidates you wish to enroll in my service, and I will review their posts/works and consider them to be added to the voting list.
It's as simple as that. :)

If you'd like to delegate, you can feel free to help this service out as well. Otherwise, I will be trying to keep this account around 1k~ SP and above so that it's vote is a bit more meaningful for the community.
I am using @dlease to purchase delegations for periods of time, I will also be offering close to 12-13% APR and in the future, I might consider moving this up to 16%~ APR, so there is the potential to earn from delegations as well, should you happen to catch me at a time I'm renewing/acquiring new ones.

Though I will be using an auto-voting list to fulfill votes to those enrolled, I will be heavily moderating the list and monitoring all of the content that is voted on by this service.
I won't be allowing just anything to receive votes, so don't try to take advantage. :)

The only thing I will be keeping out of this, is the curation that is generated. This is to sustain it as much as I can.
In the event that I receive large delegations from others for this service... I will keep a small portion for myself and I will power down the rest to be used to enroll members here, in @SteemBasicIncome as well. I think that this added benefit, will truly maximize the potential growth of those who are deserving of that assistance the most.

Considering there are free downvotes distributed to each account daily, I also will consider downvotes on content that is deemed to be abusive by the community. In addition to that, you may also request assistance, should you happen to be targeted by someone for no real reason other than they have malicious intent. This should help subside some backlash from those who wish to simply harm others for the sake of their temper or "because they can." I don't believe in that shit and I'm willing to defend those who need it, when appropriate.
