In a fight, if you fall on the ground, that can be dangerous. First of all, you will get hurt pretty bad as soon as you fall down. The attacker is not going to stop attacking you, let alone show some mercy. So if you fall on the ground, it is always recommended to get up quickly.

Sometimes you do not get the chance to get up since the attacker starts attacking. You can close your legs and keep your both hands forward. You can kick the attacker's legs and try to trap his legs. In case he punches you, you can move or defend that punch and grab his hand. You can pull him and get up as soon as you can.

Unfortunately, sometimes things get worse. The attacker can get top of you, mounting is very dangerous. In this position, if you want to punch him, you might not reach him. You can keep your knees bend. You can use your hip to thrust him, roll and get up.

In case if the attacker grabs your hand while mounting, this is going to be a serious situation. You cannot move your hands forward since he puts his body weight on your hands. You can extend your arms. Since he grabs your hands, he will lean forward at the time of extending your arms. You can use this moment and thrust him with your hips. You can generate power if you keep your knees bend.

You can also make your both hands together, and use one hand to release another hand. You can watch this video to learn more about it. Let's watch this video. All video credit goes to Ando Mierzwa
