荞麦鸡蛋🍜和荷包辣椒Buckwheat eggs 🍜 and pouch chili

煮一份荞麦鸡蛋面暖身心💛
还有我和熊孩纸喜欢吃的豉香荷包辣椒😋
煮面条
- 锅内水煮开加少许盐和猪油
- 敲鸡蛋下去先煮熟
- 然后下荞麦面煮开
- 转下火... 加入生抽/胡椒粉/香葱
- 倒入碗中开吃啦🍜
豉香荷包辣椒
- 热锅倒入菜籽油(菜籽油煎荷包辣椒更香)炼熟
- 加入大蒜子爆香
- 倒入荷包辣椒两面煎软
- 加入适量盐和生抽
- 再加入豆豉
- 盖锅中火微焖下
- 揭盖有出汤汁差不多入味了
加入少许胡椒粉和味精(或用香辣粉和鸡精代替味精也可以) - 出锅装盘👌
