The legal stigma of cannabis needs to end because there are hundreds of thousands of Americans that are being vilified or being punished for a minor "drug" that doesn't cause nearly as many negative effects to people compared to cocaine or alcohol.
Whether its possession or consumption... People are being punished within our legal system still in this country. Yes, we've made many strides for the promotion of legal cannabis in many states around the country, but that is NOT enough. Politicians are still holding Americans back while also profiting off their use of cannabis and paying fines for non-violent offenses.
I'm happy we've begun the process of legalization but we shouldn't be lazy when it comes to the fight for legal cannabis. Contact your local representative and tell them to support Legal Cannabis!
