Joe Biden decided to clear some records of several thousand cannabis users at the federal level, but he isn't exactly freeing them from prison/jail. Democrats are thinking mighty high of him even though it was he who expanded the Police State in the United States back in the mid-90s as a senator. It's all a very silly situation, don't get me wrong, it's a good thing that the government is revisiting the cannabis issue and decreasing penalties, but I do not trust this bastard one bit.
We shall see what will happen in the future, soon enough the federal government will have no choice but to make cannabis recreational.
