Getting ready to travel if I am ready or not!

Yesterday, I realized I needed to get out for food and water at about 6 pm. So I went to sleep until 8 pm to rest up.

Then It took from 8-11 pm to change out of my drenched clothes from edema, get a shower and put on a bunch of layers for the walk out.

I walked out and got to the food at about 12:30 am. This is not even a half kilometer walk.

I could NOT walk up the 4 steps to the restaurant entrance and did not feel like going 60 steps out of my way for an easier climb. So I just stood there until the manager noticed me, waved him over, and got him to help me up.

I told him "I'm sick!" and he was flabbergasted. Who has trouble with 4 steps?

Me. That's who.

So then it took until 2:30 am to get water and get back up my condo stairs.

Normally I have these two bags on my shoulders, but now I have a new tactic. When I get to the stairwell of my condo, I put the bags on the steps and lift them one-by-one up the stairs. By the time I have gotten this far it's easier than keeping them on my shoulders. This takes twice as long, but at least I am not in danger of falling back down the stairs as I climb.

Meanwhile, the edema rivers are flowing out of my legs and I am soaked again when I return. Time to change my clothes again!

This is not a good sign when I need to catch a flight on Saturday. I am revising all my times longer and just praying now.

I board at 15:25

I need 3 hours in the airport before that: 12:30

I need one and a half hours from KLCC to the airport bus: 11:00

I need 1 hour from LRT Wangsa Maju to get to KLCC: 10:00

It takes one hour from my condo to the LRT Wangsa Maju (includes getting travel food): 9:00

And it takes me 3 hours to get showered and dressed lol. 6:00

So if I am already packed I need to start getting ready for my 4 pm flight at 6 am.

Sheesh!

Time for a nap...

Hey Sharon,

this sounds absolutely horrible to be honest. Don't you have an option to go back to your home country to get a proper medical treatment?

I really respect your mental strength but there gotta be a point where it's enough? Life should be at least a little enjoyable to everyone. But when I read some of your posts, it's just a constant fight to go through the day.

Anyway, I really wish you the best of luck for this upcoming Visa run.

Take care!

Thank you so much for your concern, @worldcapture. You have got the picture entirely. This is very endless misery right now.

I barely ever lived in my home country and have not lived there since I was 19 - I'm 60 now. I don't have any ties to it except for my passport.

But I will go to the pharmacy here and in Thailand to see what they say. This needs to end soon so I can get back to better days.

Thank you again and I will get through this.

Hi Sharon @fitinfun Sorry to hear of your health issues. You may well find this post I wrote a week or so ago helpful. https://steempeak.com/hive-120078/@atma.love/holistic-healing-for-any-dis-ease

I sense that Urine therapy and enema in particular will be very helpful.

Happy to advise further if you wish

Wow! What a wealth of info you have there, @atma.love. I really appreciate the link and will go through it with a fine toothed comb. I already do a lot of what you have there with the exception that I am not a vegan. I'm in the bone broth and organ meat camp with a lot of greens. Sadly in SE Asia, I eat way too much rice and protein is a condiment here.

I do have borax and have not been taking it. I think that will help a lot, so thank you for that reminder.

Great post, and so glad you are here :)

Thank you. I love to share what has helped me to help others

Hello @fitinfun
I'm impressed with the physical change you show in the images. It must have been a huge job to lose so many pounds and sizes. I congratulate you on that, few people manage it.

And I must say that I'm a little confused with your writing, and it's because you have so many luxuries and details and I don't know if it's real or created by your imagination. I can, while reading, visualize the stairs, the edema, the wet wardrobe. Really very good description.

I wish it was my imagination, @josevas217!

I took 4 years to lose 135 lbs, and most came off in the last year. Healthy living finally did the trick. Now I try to help others do the same.

Thank you so much for your compliments. This means the world to me.

4 years, impressive.
A test few can pass.
I understand why you're trying to help, you know very well how it feels.
