February has been positive for Bitcoin every time since 2014
If you think January has been good for bitcoin prices, just wait until February.
Going back to 2014, bitcoin has been higher in February than it was in January, every single time.

That makes for 6 straight times for those keeping track...
Some specifics....
Keep in mind that this stat doesn't mean bitcoin will be higher than its peak in January.
All it means is that for 6 years in a row now, bitcoin has ended the month of February higher than it started it.
Higher than bitcoin closed the month of January.
Might not mean much, but it is interesting to note that for the first half of the year, February is the only month that this statistic holds true on.
May and June are a close second though, both closing the month higher than it starts the month 83% of the time.
Ideally, bitcoin would end January on a high note and then end February on an even higher note, but that is of course the best case scenario.
Don't forget about the halving...
While this stat has held true every time for the past 6 years in a row, it has only had one other halving event during that time period.
This next halving is set to take place in May of this year, which very likely will impact bitcoin prices.
Historically, bitcoin has seen quite a bit of volatility in the months just prior to the halving, which is where we are right now.
Here's to hoping for a strong close to January and then for our February stat to keep playing out!
Stay informed my friends.
