Yeah, I don't see it as a common Texas offering, but if you get the chance, give it a try! I love it.
It still tastes like fish but just a little different? There's a Japanese place here in Greenville and I think they have it.

Seaweed salad is your favorite. Ok then I gotta try that because it doesn't sound good! All very healthy though.
