My day off has come to an end and I'll have to work again later, but I had a nice day today. It was just chill and I tried to catch up on One Piece... I started from episode 933 and now, I'm on episode 952. There are five more episodes before I could fully catch up but it's already past 2AM here, so let's see.
Anyway, I'd like to share something on this post. As the title suggests, my papa and I posted some of our artworks in one corner of our house.
It all started when I created my Minato Namikaze fanart which I shared here a few days back. Mama was happy to have it and asked papa to put it on the wall next to our laundry place.
Our laundry place is outside the house near our kitchen. That's also the place where we usually hangout at night on my days off. Papa recently painted the walls white, so mama suggested placing the artwork on one side since papa and I decided to paint something on the other side next weekend.
While we were looking at it, it looked so bare with just Minato at the center, so I took out my previous sketchpad and watercolor pad where I and my papa's drawing are. We had some notebook covers available, so we made use of it. Here's what the wall looks like now.
Ohh.. I took a selfie and also took papa's picture with it.
Of course, I took a picture of each artwork so you can see them clearly. They are my @tegoshei and my papa @jhunalvarado 's work. I'm excited to paint something together next time. Will definitely show you, but for now, let's check out the artworks one by one.
I just noticed that I forgot to include a solo picture of my Luffy painting. We decided on it late because we had an extra notebook cover. But that Luffy painting was a 1-hour drawing/painting challenge which my virtual friend who's also an artist asked me to do. :) Quite nostalgic!
This was how the wall looked like when it was just Minato. He looked so lonely. Good thing he's no longer alone now. He has other characters with him.
I took a picture of papa while he was attaching them on the wall. We did it this afternoon and it was actually fun! I enjoyed placing them inside the notebook covers and helping papa in attaching them on the wall. Mama also helped by choosing which artworks should be placed there.
It's literally beside the laundry place, but upon entering ourvplace you can immediately see them on the right side. Also, our customers especially for ice cream enjoyed watching them when they buy because it's clearly visible from the ice cream part of our store.
Anyway, let me share some more shots...
The last picture is the wall where papa and I are planning on making something. Hopefully we get to do it on my next day off. Please look forward to seeing it.
