I managed to clear my emails and was waiting for mails yesterday. I finally reached my 15000 mail tokens too and then I saw that I made the top50 richlist!! oh yeah! :)

Aren't you sending mail daily/once in three days/7 day? Are you only sending solo mail?
every 3 days usually. I'm a premium member only. :)
how are you using it?
I am sending weekly, as I am a free member. Moreover, I cannot read all the mails daily. Hence, I can only manage to get the mail tokens to send mail weekly.
Reading email is worth it I think. As once you get 15000 Mails, you get a solo mail which is worth currently 150 hive+.
