Sometimes you have to grow a set of balls!

Sometimes, somethings that should not inspire me, do inspire me. As my title says: Sometimes you have to grow a set of balls!.

I was doing some of my training at work, making me a better employee, a better upseller, adding to my positivity. And one of the lines used in the video I watched was: You have to grow a set. Well I added the balls part here as that was what was meant.

How does that apply here on Hive? How can I use that? There is a big push on that people don't believe in the 'Push' anymore, everyone wants to be passive and use the "pull" method of business online.

Just keep writing, just keep showing up everyday and people will come. Yes it works. But! Dare I say it, because many people are going to disagree with me. You have to Pull also people. You have to go after what you want. No ask no get.

I am not talking about full out pushing people when they have zero interest. But when you get the tiniest spark of interest from someone about Hive, about joining ListNerds](https://listnerds.com/@bradleysfi) or what ever business, program you are working. Go fracking after it, grow a set. Don't be afraid to ask for business.

As I close in on 3 years on Hive, passiveness has only gotten me so far. So if I seem I am getting a little pushy going forward, that is what I am doing. If I go to far and go over the line, let me know.

It is time for me to grow a set and move my online earnings to the next level.

I have broken 50K in staked ListNerds](https://listnerds.com/@bradleysfi). I might have dropped to 9th on the richlist. But even with my steady, daily, income of liquid Nerds I am still past 50K staked. Fracking fantastic.

Don't be afraid to ask for business.

I am working on being better at this, as a person who thrives in a support role, coming out and asking for things (leading) is the opposite of my normal state of being. That said, growth takes willingness to embrace discomfort, so I'm going in, I'm growing a huge set of technicals (as my six year old once said lol)!

Thanks so much for throwing this sentiment out there, and I'd wish you luck on your endeavors, but we both know you are going to crush it😊

A little nudge in the direction isn't a bad thing. I guess you have to be able to read people to see if they are a bit interested. That takes some practice too.
