A Busy Day
I had a busy day, some last-minute shopping and cleaning, laundry etc getting ready for time with the family starting tomorrow through Thanksgiving, I am so looking forward to fun family time, but I will not have much time to be on here, I will still be visiting posts and upvoting, but my time for comments will be limited till after Thanksgiving weekend, so my apologies in advance.
Since I don't have any shots taken today, I am going to share a few random shots from a walk on the Highline a while back, Not to many steps counted today although I was on my feet a lot doing things around the house I didn't have my phone with me for all of that, so just steps doing some errands were counted today.
The Highline is an almost one and a half mile elevated walkway and Park on the West Side of Manhattan, It has been made on the old closed down rail lines that used to go to and from the Meat Packing district back in the day

I do love walking the Highline it is such a cool concept for a Park and as you can see I am not the only one who enjoys it even in the early mornings its a popular spot and many are walking there
From the highline you get views up the Streets, this next street having work done

There is a new park in the planning stages in NYC that some are calling the Lowline and it is kind of the opposite to the Highline, it is being built underground in some unused underground areas, with effort being put in to have natural lighting feed down into the Low Line, Sadly I will have stopped working in NYC by the time it is opened, I am not sure what the current status is I know in 2017 they did a lab testing the ability to bring sunlight underground and to grow plants in a stunning subterranean environment below New York City’s Lower East Side.

Sorry not the greatest of photos for tonights post, but I was in a last-minute rush to put this post together

OK I did take one photo today while out and about, we went through our wardrobes today and cleaned out some of the clothes we no longer will wear, Admittedly, mine wasn't too bad, only one thing in the three bags I dropped of to this clothes drop off bin, the main reason I took the photo is my wife said she should come with me to make sure I did drop them off in a bin and not in the trash LOL
