I spent a lot of the day running a bunch of errands with my wife. Bank, library, Whole Foods, Costco, the Dollar Store, and a stop off for lunch. I had a delicious lamb burger with bacon and a fried egg on it. I got some weird looks when I ordered it with no toppings and no bun, but I’m pretty used to that by now.
After we got back, I took a walk with Stella as the sun was setting. We only made it a little over two miles this time because I wanted to get back before dark and make dinner and whatnot.
What did I have? More burgers! I cooked up a pound of grass-fed beef from Butcher Box, topped it with some raw milk cheddar and some sugar-free bacon. It was also delicious. No fried egg this time, though.
I made my goal of 10,000 steps… just barely!
I'm fully expecting a butt-hurt loser asshole to downvote this post on the day it would've received rewards.
