My Actifit Report Card: September 27 2019

This one is from our trip in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. Along the way, we went to Grandad Bluff park. The view was magnificent and breath-taking. Also, these 2 gentlemen took our breath away in the manner they were sitting so close to the edge of the hill. All it takes is one strong wind. Doesn't it?

But I digress... Off to the report...

This is the 47th instance of reporting daily activities consisting of walking around the office/ home, and various places in daily errands. Total steps were 7,269.

        Ha, I have hiked many times in Grandads and the surrounding Hixion trails. There a ton of places to sit on the edge, and they are usually full, but every year a few fall off.

        Either way, lots of good trails around La Crosse!
