My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2019

I wasn't able to do some walking today. But I was able to get high numbers. The reason - I did some car cleaning which I believe is the best one that I did in years. I totally leave the car spick and span. As usual, did a bit of gardening on the side too.

This is Philippine sipa, a traditional Filipino street game popular among kids then, before they got hooked on gadgets and playing mobile games. Sipa means kick in Filipino, and that is to kick the ball (in this case a piece of metal with a pompom-like end). It is closely similar, which I believe is actually a variation, to the country's national game, which is also called sipa.
