My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2020

So on Saturday it was really nice outside, dry and cold with not much wind, and I took a walk to the park in the first part of the day and then a longer walk in the afternoon.

I also recorded 2 videos while in the park, one for the #2020vision that I published to Appics, which is basically a slightly different restart of #seven77 by @pixiepost, #2020Vision Day 1 - 4 Creative Pushups For 44 Days.

The other one was published to 3speak and I talked about email marketing and the importance of the continued follow up, 3speak Series #2 - #EmailMarketing - The Fortune Is In The Follow Up.

Plus I made the manual curation and the Awesome Daily report for my project @thisisawesome.

Here are some pictures from my walk.

So I recorded my videos while in the park.

Then I took another walk in the afternoon.

It was really nice and the colors looked great.

Really nice sunset pictures @flax and excellent activity count as well! I think I need to include some push-ups in my daily exercise as well because walking only trains the lower part of my body. 💪

Thanks @pjansen, yeah the colors look great some days now, and go for it with the pushups, it's creative pushups so you can do them the way you want to, and look for @pixiepost she is the one who runs this thing, stay awesome and skål !BEER
