@flaxz, well done! So, how it works with the 4 pushups for 44 days? Do I have to videotape it, and upload it to Steem blockchain (i.e. DTube, or Appics, or 3Speak, etc.) and then share it on Twitter?

Thanks @cryptospa, you can do it the way you like, and it can be creative, I upload mine to Twitter and then share it in my Actifit report, but others are uploading to Appics or Dtube or 3speak, the idea is to create engagement and awareness about Steem and Actifit and help more people join Steem and to help more Steemians be active, both physically and on the blockchain.
