Organising myself
Have started exercising and running every second day but due to be back at work that have been more difficult.
But I don't want to give up on that. Need to organise myself in a way that I can still have some daily exercise in my routine.
Anyone have advice on how to do it when You already have a job that requires a lot of energy from Your body.
Because in the end of the day I always feel tired with all the "exercise" I do at work.
