I'm not a baseball fan, but my kids went to the game last night to cheer on the Milwaukee Brewers in the game against the Chicago Cubs.
Wrigley Field is a just a short train ride from their home and I was glad they took several photos for me.
The kids had tickets for great seats in the first row behind the Brewers dugout and I turned on the game on TV because i was certain that since I knew where to look I would be able to see them. But no such luck. The cameras never turned to the dugout, and actually did a pretty poor job of showing the crowd
.
It was disappointing that the Brewers lost but it's always fun to see the 2nd oldest major League baseball park in the United States. It was built in 1914 and it's always fun to see the ivy covered outfield walls.
My grandfather was a Cubs fan and seldom missed a game. When he died he was buried with Chicago Cubs players baseball cards in his pocket.
4-1 Chicago Cubs
Hey Chicago What do you say.?
The Cubs are going to win today.....
