It has been about 3-4 days since my surgery and as days passes by my surgical wound feels much better. This midnight I texted my Mother because I had the urge to use the potty so I got up with my different approach in getting up which is to pull my body up using my right arm, it is not as painful to get up that way relatively.

I just can't wait to use the potty because my insides are already revolutionizing on me. Anyway I noticed a big difference in the pain on my surgery area, it has improved unlike in the past few days.

This is actually the first time I had seen my special patch to seal the wound from water while bathing. My parents said that the cut was clean because there is no stitch marks. I was expecting a centipede type of wound where the gauze would stick to whatever is sticking out and bleed when it is time to change gauze. Now there is no need for that, there is a special antiseptic spray for this that my mother had requested for us to use for this wound too.

I am sure that I would be almost completely pain free after a week. I guess that the Vitamin C that I am taking is just doing its job well in making my wound heal faster.

I am an advocate of vitamin C use because it is like a miracle drug, it makes the wounds heal faster, it makes you absorb more iron from your foods, it makes you stronger because of your red blood cells can deliver much oxygen to your body's cells, it also improves appetite and sleep.

Vitamin C does strengthen the immune system because with the kind of health condition that I have I must be susceptible to pneumonia which only happens when the body's defense mechanism is low. It just proves that vitamin C helped me in protecting me from catching pneumonia or even colds and flu.

I hope to recover fully in the next couple of weeks or less and by the end of the month I might expect to have my pain issues improved as well because a doubling of the dose of my Parathyroid medicine (Cinacalcet) that I am taking everyday so with a careful diet and phosphorus intake control with some phosphate binder I might get some satisfactory results that I needed dearly much. Thanks for the steemians that supports me, you know who you all are thank you very much again and again a million times.
