I do not eat much which is why I do not eat much oily foods that could cause me to develop gallstones. I have read that it is normal to develop gallstones and for that matter my gall bladder showed that I have some "subcentimeter" sized gallstones.
I also have learned that we can clear away gallstones by drinking much apple juice. But I could not be ale to do that because Apple juice just have lots of Potassium. I could very well die from having an overload of Potassium in my system if I was to drink lots of Apple juice, not to mention the fluid overload that will happen.
But I like fried foods simply because they are tasty especially the skin of a pork like a fried pork leg or head. But now that I saw that I do have gallbladder stones already I just have to control my diet even more. I just hope that I would not get some problems in the future about these stones that my latest CT scan test had showed me otherwise it will be another financial burden for me solely.
There are so many wrong things in my body now that I have to correct and I am fortunate enough to be aware of the situation so I could deal with it. Of course I could never do it without the help of steem community which supported me way back from when I first joined and asked for a hand about my situation and condition but because most are empowerd in this community I met a lot of friends online that offered and are still lending a hand until now just for me to survive my terrible health issues that I do not know why I can still handle.
I thank God because he didn't let me to suffer very much, just enough for me maybe to tolerate it. It is just up for me to work on my problems now and let God bless them if he wills it because nothing really will happen in my life without the go or no go sign from God.
But I am seeing some progress about the things that I wanted to happen so I just have to be determined and be patient while working hard at the same time because if I do not do anything really nothing will happen in my life. Sometimes I feel that I am alone in my quest but thankfully there is the steem community in my backing and it makes me feel safe and secured in my life for which I am indebted for forever.
