The washer is working fine now. We plan to troubleshoot it next time it acts up. We think it is a problem with the motor because it is intermittent. If it acts up again we are going to take the motor out. DJ can take to work and repair it. He works for a company the designs, repairs, and manufactures electrical motors.

Thank you, it is an intermittent problem. We checked a few possible problems, but everything seems to be working now. It may be an issue with the motor. Next time it acts up we are going to pull the motor out. My son can take it to work and repair it. He works for a company the designs, makes, and repairs electrical motors.
Intermittent problems are the worse thats handy your son can repair it :)
